However, these areas are facing <strong>traffic congestion, limited expansion space, and infrastructure pressure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed Purandar IT Park aims to <strong>decentralize the IT industry<\/strong> by creating a new technology corridor outside the city. By offering more space and modern infrastructure, the government hopes to attract both new companies and firms looking to relocate from crowded tech zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic Location Near New International Airport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest advantages of the proposed IT park is its <strong>location near the upcoming Purandar International Airport<\/strong>.
