During the meeting, the Chief Minister actively sought Khan\u2019s support in attracting large-scale Bollywood investments to the southern state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportedly impressed by Telangana\u2019s rapid progress in infrastructure, technology, and governance, Salman Khan assured full support in promoting the state on national and international platforms. This positive engagement eventually led to advanced negotiations for the mega studio complex in the upcoming <strong>Bharat Future City<\/strong> project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hyderabad Set to Become a Global Production Hub<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The MoU signed at the summit is expected to <strong>position Hyderabad as a major global film and OTT production destination<\/strong> for the next decade. The project\u2019s centrepiece will be a <strong>state-of-the-art film studio complex<\/strong>, capable of handling large-format film productions, OTT shows, and high-end international projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The studio will be supported by <strong>advanced post-production and Visual Effects (VFX) infrastructure<\/strong>, enabling collaborations between Bollywood, Hollywood, and South Indian cinema. This is expected to foster strong <strong>North-South creative partnerships<\/strong> and make Telangana a preferred filming destination worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrated Township to Boost Luxury Tourism<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond filmmaking infrastructure, the project includes an <strong>ultra-premium integrated township<\/strong> featuring a championship golf course, race course, luxury residences, high-end retail, and hospitality zones. This blend of entertainment and luxury lifestyle is expected to significantly boost <strong>luxury tourism and investment inflows<\/strong> into the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jobs, Talent &amp; Long-Term Economic Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rs 10,000-crore project is projected to generate <strong>thousands of direct and indirect jobs<\/strong>, spanning construction, film production, technical services, hospitality, and retail.
