If an agent repeatedly fails to learn or improve, the company may even \u201cretire\u201d or \u201cfire\u201d it\u2014mirroring real workforce management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO emphasises:<br><strong>\u201cMy AI agents will not replace people.
