For just Rs 1, new BSNL users get:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2GB daily high-speed 4G data<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unlimited calling across India<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>National roaming coverage<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>100 free SMS per day<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The offer is available in <strong>all telecom circles<\/strong> across the country between <strong>December 1 and December 31<\/strong>. Users simply need to purchase a new BSNL SIM card for Re 1 to activate the plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BSNL clarified that <strong>existing customers are not eligible<\/strong>, making this a pure acquisition campaign aimed at boosting subscriber numbers as the PSU telco prepares for a wider 4G rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Relaunch Fueled by Strong Demand<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BSNL originally launched the Freedom Plan from <strong>August 1 to August 31<\/strong>, offering identical benefits. The overwhelming response pushed the company to <strong>extend the offer until September 15, 2025<\/strong>. With demand continuing, BSNL has once again brought back the plan \u2014 this time as a month-long December offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Freedom Plan is part of the company\u2019s strategy to attract new users, particularly in semi-urban and rural regions where BSNL retains a strong presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BSNL\u2019s New Student-Friendly Plan: 100GB for Rs 251<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the Freedom Plan, BSNL is also promoting its <strong>Student Special \/ Learner\u2019s Plan<\/strong>, priced at <strong>Rs 251<\/strong>. This plan offers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>100GB data<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unlimited calls<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>100 SMS\/day<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>28-day validity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This offer is valid until <strong>December 13, 2025<\/strong>, and is targeted at students seeking affordable, high-volume data packs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BSNL\u2019s Network Expansion Continues<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, the telecom giant has invited <strong>tenders for 10,000 new 4G towers<\/strong> in the Delhi telecom circle \u2014 a major step toward improving connectivity across NCR.
