Passengers can now book static or running coaches to host birthdays, pre-wedding shoots, small gatherings and other milestone celebrations\u2014offering a futuristic new venue option along the Delhi\u2013Meerut corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"632\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-25-090723.png\" alt=\"NaMo Bharat Trains Can Be Now Booked Parties At Rs 5000\/Hour\" class=\"wp-image-1302959\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-25-090723.png 632w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-25-090723-300x174.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 632px) 100vw, 632px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This marks the first time a regional rapid rail service in India has introduced event bookings within its modern, world-class train environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Modern Coach as Your Event Venue<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to NCRTC, individuals, event planners and media companies can book a <strong>static mock-up coach<\/strong> located at the <strong>Duhai Depot<\/strong>, or request a running coach depending on availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The static mock-up is designed to replicate the full aesthetics of a real Namo Bharat train\u2014sleek interiors, modern lighting, and a clean, premium ambience\u2014making it ideal for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Birthday celebrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pre-wedding and couple shoots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small private ceremonies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photography and videography projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media content creation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pricing and Booking Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Booking for the mock-up coach will <strong>start at \u20b95,000 per hour<\/strong>, which includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 minutes for decoration setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 minutes for wrap-up and removal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This structure ensures organisers have sufficient time to personalise the space without impacting operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NCRTC has also created a detailed <strong>premises hiring policy<\/strong> for film shoots, advertisements, documentaries and other media projects, allowing Namo Bharat trains and stations to be used as premium shooting locations at competitive rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strict Timings to Avoid Passenger Disruption<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Events will be permitted <strong>between 6 am and 11 pm<\/strong> only.<br>NCRTC clarified that all celebrations will be conducted in a manner that <strong>does not interfere with regular train services<\/strong>, ensuring daily commuters are not inconvenienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decorations will be allowed but must comply with guidelines on safety, cleanliness and non-damaging materials.
