The curriculum integrates Ayurveda\u2019s scientific principles in simple, accessible language to help young learners appreciate India\u2019s knowledge traditions alongside modern concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>Class 6<\/strong>, students will study the <strong>20 fundamental qualities of Ayurveda<\/strong>, which describe opposing properties like <em>hot-cold<\/em>, <em>light-heavy<\/em>, and <em>mobile-stable<\/em>.
