Singh emphasized that Air India Express\u2019s domestic strategy is based<\/a> on \u201cdepth before spread,\u201d meaning the airline intends to consolidate its presence on key city-pairs rather than expanding too broadly. The goal is to secure a meaningful share of the market\u2014ideally about one-third\u2014on important routes. The airline\u2019s main focus remains on connecting metro cities to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, which form the largest and fastest-growing segment of India\u2019s aviation market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
