The latest version of EASE focuses on improving <strong>efficiency, customer service, and staff well-being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During last month\u2019s <strong>PSB Manthan Conclave<\/strong>, discussions centered on creating a <strong>future-ready, inclusive workforce<\/strong> emphasizing <strong>diversity, equity, and leadership development<\/strong> across all roles and genders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>After Tragic Incidents, Focus Turns to Human Capital<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The government\u2019s move comes after the tragic <strong>suicide of a Bank of Baroda chief manager<\/strong> in July, which reignited debate on work-related stress in PSBs.
