The bonus applies to employees at <strong>pay level L-12<\/strong> or with a <strong>grade pay of \u20b94,800 or less<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a post on X, Sharma highlighted that the benefit would also extend to staff working in <strong>Panchayat Samitis and District Councils<\/strong>, ensuring wider coverage for local government employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gujarat Announces Bonus for Class-4 Employees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gujarat Chief Minister <strong>Bhupendra Patel<\/strong> has approved an ad hoc bonus of up to <strong>\u20b97,000<\/strong> for approximately <strong>16,921 Class-4 employees<\/strong>.
