Employees received an internal email from HR asking them to complete self-evaluations by <strong>October 17<\/strong>, marking the start of the review cycle for FY25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ify-5-1.png\" alt=\"Infosys Starts Reviewing Employees' Performances For Annual Appraisal\" class=\"wp-image-1301336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ify-5-1.png 1000w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ify-5-1-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/ify-5-1-768x357.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is a routine exercise, but we hope the company will give us a raise this time, unlike last year,\u201d an employee told ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infosys\u2019 annual review cycle runs from <strong>October to September<\/strong>, with <strong>ratings disclosed by January<\/strong> and <strong>appraisal letters released by June<\/strong> each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Appraisals Follow a Challenging Year<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Infosys\u2019 previous salary revisions were implemented in <strong>two phases during 2025<\/strong>, after a <a href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tech\/information-tech\/infosys-kicks-off-employee-performance-review\/articleshow\/124528754.cms?from=mdr\">delay <\/a>in the FY24 cycle. Employees have been asked to document achievements, challenges, and development goals aligned with future roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is your opportunity to reflect on your key efforts, outcomes, and achievements, and set future-ready goals,\u201d the internal HR mail stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance ratings\u2014ranging from <em>\u201cMet Expectations\u201d<\/em> to <em>\u201cOutstanding\u201d<\/em>\u2014will determine pay hikes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Industry-Wide Appraisal Season Begins<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Infosys\u2019 rival <strong>TCS<\/strong> has also begun its <strong>annual performance evaluation<\/strong>, with salary hikes for employees at <strong>C3A level and above<\/strong> effective <strong>September 2025<\/strong>.
