This makes the deal one of the <strong>largest commercial leases in Bengaluru<\/strong> in 2025, highlighting the company\u2019s strategic plans for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deccanherald.com\/business\/companies\/tcs-leases-1752-lakh-sq-ft-office-space-for-rs-975-crore-in-bengaluru-3747543\">expansion<\/a> despite global IT headwinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis lease stands out as one of Bengaluru\u2019s largest in scale and annual rental commitment,\u201d said <strong>Raja Seetharaman, co-founder of Propstack<\/strong>, adding that the move further cements Bengaluru\u2019s status as a <strong>preferred IT hub<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strengthening Presence in India\u2019s Tech Capital<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Yeshwantpur deal follows another major TCS expansion in the city. The company previously leased <strong>1.4 million sq. ft.<\/strong> of office space for <strong>\u20b92,130 crore<\/strong> over <strong>15 years<\/strong> at <strong>360 Business Park in Electronic City<\/strong>, spread across <strong>Towers 5A and 5B<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These large-scale leasing activities indicate TCS\u2019s continued investment in <strong>expanding delivery centers and innovation hubs<\/strong> to support its global clients, particularly as demand grows for next-generation services in <strong>AI, cloud, and digital transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategic Significance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The new office space is expected to house thousands of employees, reflecting TCS\u2019s <strong>long-term growth strategy<\/strong> and commitment to India\u2019s largest IT market.
