The resulting investor concerns have wiped out nearly <strong>\u20b92 lakh crore<\/strong> in market capitalisation from Indian IT giants in just a few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Indicators Point to Oversold Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS shares have also broken below key technical support levels, including their <strong>50-day moving average (DMA) of \u20b93,090<\/strong>, and now trade below all major moving averages. The stock\u2019s <strong>Relative Strength Index (RSI)<\/strong> is currently at <strong>32<\/strong>, nearing oversold territory (below 30), indicating that a potential technical rebound may be on the horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">JPMorgan Maintains Confidence in TCS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the recent slump, major brokerages remain optimistic about TCS\u2019s long-term prospects. <strong>JPMorgan<\/strong> upgraded the stock to <strong>\u201coverweight\u201d<\/strong> on August 11 and raised its price target to <strong>\u20b93,800<\/strong>, citing attractive valuations. The brokerage noted that TCS is currently trading at a <strong>two-year forward P\/E multiple of 19.7x<\/strong>, which is <strong>two standard deviations below its five-year average<\/strong>, suggesting strong upside potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JPMorgan also emphasized that TCS\u2019s <strong>business fundamentals remain intact<\/strong> and expects a <strong>growth recovery from the second half of FY2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyst Consensus Remains Positive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the <strong>52 analysts<\/strong> tracking the stock, <strong>33 have a \u201cbuy\u201d rating<\/strong>, <strong>13 recommend \u201chold\u201d<\/strong>, and <strong>6 suggest \u201csell\u201d<\/strong>.
