To show our gratitude, we offer rewards of up to Rs 50,000 for successful referrals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referral rewards are structured by job level:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u20b910,000 for JL3 roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20b925,000 for JL4 roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20b935,000 for JL5 roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20b950,000 for JL6 roles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative is part of Infosys\u2019 ESG Vision 2030, which aims to increase female representation in the workforce to 45% by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, women make up 39% of Infosys\u2019 3,23,000 employees, according to the latest ESG report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shaji Mathew, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), said the initiative has already helped hire around 900 women in mid-management roles in FY2024\u201325, compared to 500 the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his statement, Mathew said: \u201cIt\u2019s a significant step in fostering inclusion at scale. This program is an investment in our commitment to diversity, not just for our own business but for our industry to grow in women&#8217;s participation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infosys also mentioned in its ESG report that the programme provides a structured learning platform and mentorship support, enabling women to return to the workforce with confidence while broadening the company\u2019s diverse talent base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infosys Will Hire 20,000 Freshers In India<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In August, Infosys chief executive Salil Parekh announced that the company is planning to hire around 20,000 college graduates this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving ahead, Parekh said, \u201cWe recruited over 17,000 people (gross hiring) in the first quarter and plan to bring in about 20,000 college graduates this year,\u201d in a media report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further adding that the IT service provider is focusing on artificial intelligence and workforce development to stay ahead.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, the company has trained nearly 2.75 lakh employees in AI and digital technologies at different levels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Infosys has launched a new referral programme called \u2018Restart with Infosys\u2019, designed to hire women professionals returning to work after career breaks.
