Land Allocation and Location Advantage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The industry department has written to the revenue department, requesting transfer of around 1,500 acres of government land<\/a><\/strong> in Dive, Chambali, and Kodit villages. Shiv Sena MLA Vijay Shivthare, who has championed the demand, confirmed that the state has approved the project and cleared the identified land parcels for development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The location near the upcoming airport and logistics hub is expected to attract IT and allied companies, providing both connectivity and growth opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relieving Pressure on Hinjewadi IT Park<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hinjewadi IT Park, Pune\u2019s largest IT hub, has been grappling with infrastructure bottlenecks, traffic congestion, and saturation. Officials believe that the new Purandar IT park will ease pressure on Hinjewadi<\/strong> and prevent companies from relocating outside Maharashtra due to infrastructure delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last month, deputy CM Ajit Pawar also urged speedy infrastructure upgrades in Hinjewadi, highlighting industry concerns over road widening and civic amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
