Benioff emphasized that AI is not eliminating work but transforming how it is done. Currently<\/a>, about half of Salesforce\u2019s service interactions are managed by AI agents, while the other half remain human-driven. He dismissed fears of a dystopian workforce, calling it \u201creality\u201d and noting that AI helps improve efficiency without completely replacing human involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to concerns about job losses, Salesforce stated that it has successfully redeployed hundreds of employees into roles across professional services, sales, and customer success.
