Bidders compete within a <strong>two-hour window<\/strong>, and the highest bidder secures the number. Unsuccessful bidders lose <strong>10% of the fee paid<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the winning bidder fails to register a vehicle within <strong>30 days<\/strong>, the reservation is canceled and the entire fee is forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Boosting Transparency and Revenue<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The reform reflects Telangana\u2019s commitment to <strong>digital governance and transparency<\/strong>.
