With 44 million sq. ft. of building area\u2014four times Tesla\u2019s Gigafactory\u20147 lakh tonnes of steel, and 1 lakh km of cables, the project symbolizes scale and ambition. Over 5 million manhours of engineering have already gone into the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Fully Integrated New Energy Ecosystem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reliance is building a \u201csand to electrons to green molecules\u201d ecosystem. The giga factories will produce solar modules, batteries, and electrolysers, delivering renewable power, green hydrogen, ammonia, e-methanol, and sustainable aviation fuel. Together, these facilities create a competitive edge in technology, cost, and supply chain resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solar and Hydrogen Leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reliance has already rolled out its first 200 MW of advanced HJT solar modules, with 10% higher energy yield and 25% lower degradation. The solar platform will scale up to 20 GWp, making it the world\u2019s largest single-site solar facility. A battery giga factory (40\u2013100 GWh capacity) and electrolyser giga factory (up to 3 GW) will come online in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gujarat\u2019s Mega Solar Push<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kutch, Reliance is developing a 5,50,000-acre solar project, capable of meeting 10% of India\u2019s electricity demand within the decade. Alongside, it plans to produce and export 3 MMTPA of green hydrogen equivalent by 2032, positioning India as a global hub for clean fuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jamnagar: The Heart of New Reliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mukesh Ambani summed it up powerfully: Jamnagar will host both the world\u2019s largest conventional energy complex and the world\u2019s largest new energy complex.
