The updated CPP comes in three tiers\u2014Classic, Premium, and Platinum<\/strong>\u2014and offers features such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Single-call card blocking<\/strong> for lost or stolen cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • SIM card blocking service<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Emergency travel assistance<\/strong> (up to \u20b91.6 lakh depending on plan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fraud protection<\/strong> (PIN-based frauds, phishing, and unauthorized transactions covered up to \u20b91 lakh)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mobile wallet protection<\/strong> (up to \u20b950,000 for physical loss of device)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    These benefits extend beyond the cardholder, with coverage ranging from individual members (Classic) to spouse and parents (Platinum).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SBI Card has revised the pricing of CPP, making it cheaper than earlier variants<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Registration Process Simplified<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once customers pay the CPP fee, they receive a welcome kit<\/strong> with a unique membership number. Registration can be completed either by filling out the provided form and sending it back, or by directly contacting the CPP call centre<\/strong>. Customers are encouraged to register important documents like driving licence and passport numbers<\/strong>, which can be retrieved via SBI Card executives in case of loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CPP, or Card Protection Plan<\/strong>, is India\u2019s first comprehensive card protection service, and is part of the UK-headquartered CPP Group<\/strong>.
