Until now, Spotify users could only share tracks via external platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, or Snapchat. With Messages, users 16 and older in select markets can send recommendations directly within Spotify. This move creates a dedicated space for music conversations<\/strong>, reducing dependence on outside apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users will see suggested contacts<\/strong> based on past interactions\u2014such as Jams, Blends, Collaborative Playlists, or family and duo plan members.
