Two Big Launches Ahead: Kiger Facelift and Maruti\u2019s First Long-Range EV<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first among them is the Renault Kiger Facelift, scheduled for launch on August 24, 2025, at an expected price of \u20b96.20 lakh. This will be the sub-4m SUV\u2019s first major refresh since 2021. Cosmetic tweaks include redesigned bumpers, lighting updates, and new alloys, along with Renault\u2019s latest logo. The cabin is expected to feature revised upholstery and new themes, while equipment will include an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless charging, and safety features like six airbags and TPMS. It will continue with its 1-litre petrol engines paired with manual and automatic transmissions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next up is the much-anticipated Maruti e Vitara, expected in September 2025 at around \u20b917 lakhs. Maruti\u2019s first long-range EV, it promises over 500 km of range with two battery choices (49 kWh and 61 kWh). Premium features include a 10.25-inch infotainment unit, 10.1-inch digital cluster, ventilated seats, up to seven airbags, and Level-2 ADAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another September launch is the Maruti Escudo, likely priced around \u20b99.7 lakh. Positioned between the Brezza and Grand Vitara, it is expected to use the Global C platform with more cabin space. Features could include a panoramic sunroof, large touchscreen, ventilated seats, six airbags, and ADAS, with a 1.5-litre petrol mild-hybrid engine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vietnamese automaker VinFast will debut with the VF6 and VF7 EVs. The VF6 (\u20b925 lakh) will feature a 59.6 kWh battery with 410 km range, while the VF7 (\u20b950 lakh) offers a 70.8 kWh pack with up to 496 km range, premium interiors, and Level-2 ADAS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mahindra is preparing the Thar Facelift (\u20b912 lakh), featuring refreshed styling, larger screens, and six airbags, while retaining petrol and diesel engine choices with both RWD and 4WD setups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, Skoda will launch the Octavia RS (\u20b945 lakh).
