Similarly, across PL5 and PL6 levels<\/strong>, payouts range between 75% and 87%<\/strong>, depending on performance. Even employees rated as \u201cneeds attention\u201d have been assured bonuses of 80%, 78%, and 75%<\/strong> in PL4, PL5, and PL6 categories, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
