In a recent review meeting with the company\u2019s circle and business unit heads, he directed the operator to increase its mobile service business by 50% in the coming year. Additionally, BSNL has been tasked to boost its enterprise business by 25%\u201330% and expand fixed-line services by 15%\u201320%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Driving Higher ARPU and Customer Satisfaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another key goal is improving BSNL\u2019s Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), which currently ranges from \u20b940 in some circles to over \u20b9175 in others.
