PwC India has set its sights on tripling annual revenue within five years<\/strong>, under its newly launched Vision 2030<\/strong> strategy. The plan will be powered by sustained investments \u2014 over 5% of annual revenue \u2014 in technology, innovation, and capability building<\/strong>, alongside a sharper focus on high-growth domains such as digital transformation, sustainability, risk and regulatory, cloud, and cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Backed by Strong Momentum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In FY25, PwC India recorded 22% growth to \u20b99,200 crore<\/strong>, with projections<\/a> to surpass \u20b911,000 crore in FY26. Chairperson Sanjeev Krishan said the strategy builds on years of targeted investments in people, capabilities, and partnerships, adding that India\u2019s economic trajectory offers \u201ca pivotal opportunity to lead, shape, and build Kal Ka Bharat.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expanding Talent and Reach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The firm plans to add 20,000 jobs<\/strong> over the next five years, expanding its footprint across both major metros and Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities<\/strong>. This decentralised growth model aligns with India\u2019s goal of spreading economic benefits beyond large urban hubs. Nearly 1% of revenue will be allocated to upskilling employees<\/strong>, with emphasis on leadership diversity and inclusive growth pathways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strategic Sector Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

PwC India\u2019s growth roadmap is anchored in six \u201cGo Long\u201d sectors \u2014 financial services, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, auto, technology, and media & telecom<\/strong> \u2014 while targeting emerging \u201cHorizon Sectors\u201d where disruption is rapid. Its Value in Motion<\/strong> framework will guide clients on how evolving industries can unlock new value through reinvention and human-centric solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building Future-Ready Capabilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The firm will expand its network of regional delivery centres and centres of excellence<\/strong>, enhancing service for both domestic and global clients.
