ranges from six months to one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although earlier regulations limited stays to 18 months, as of March 2025, updates to the Aliens Act now permit non-EU digital nomads to stay in following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of remote work via a work agreement or contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business registration if self-employed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A monthly income of at least \u20ac3,295 (approximately \u20b93,34,215).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private health insurance that covers the entire duration of stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clean criminal record from the applicant\u2019s country of residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of accommodation in Croatia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The application process involves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collecting all required documents, with copies in both English and Croatian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitting the application online, through a Croatian embassy, or in person at a police station near your residence in Croatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What Are The Visa Fees?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visa fees vary depending on (approx. \u20b94,711)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin fee for biometric card: \u20ac9.29 (approx. \u20b9942)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biometric residence card: \u20ac31.85 (approx. \u20b93,230)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accelerated procedure for the residence card: \u20ac59.73 (approx. \u20b96,058)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After approval, you must register your temporary address in Croatia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Typically within 30 days or six months, depending on visa entry conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you enter the country immediately, the
