However, its delayed official launch has led to challenges, particularly <strong>illegal entry by two-wheelers<\/strong>, which are prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many two-wheeler riders have been sneaking onto the expressway through unfinished sections of the boundary wall, causing <strong>serious safety risks<\/strong>.
