The company is also revamping its bench management strategy to ensure unassigned employees seek active project roles and stay productive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krithivasan noted that the move isn\u2019t about cost-cutting or efficiency but about creating \u201cpositive pressure\u201d to keep staff aligned with business goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growth Amid Restructuring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly, TCS added 6,071 new employees during Q1 FY25, with a net workforce growth of 5,090.
