For assets below \u20b910 crore, pricing will be set by BSNL, MTNL, or ITI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For assets above \u20b910 crore, the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) will determine the value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For assets exceeding \u20b9100 crore, valuation will be handled by the National Land Monetisation Corporation (NLMC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Central Government organisations must submit an expression of interest and a 2% earnest money deposit to participate in the asset acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These organisations are granted a 90-day Right of First Refusal from the date the asset is listed on the designated government portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BSNL has officially launched its Quantum 5G (Q-5G) service in Hyderabad, marking a bold entry into the high-speed internet race and taking on private telcos like Jio and Airtel. The rollout offers 100Mbps speeds at Rs 999, while a premium plan at Rs 1,499 provides 300Mbps. Unlike traditional connections, no SIM card or wiring is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BSNL has installed nearly 100,000 4G towers in the last year, with around 70,000 currently active, according to Minister of State for Communications Pemmasani Chandrasekhar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
