In some cases, that means a <strong>starting salary close to \u20b91 lakh\/month<\/strong>, especially in the software services division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Specialization Over Volume<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>HCLTech is moving away from high-volume fresher hiring and focusing instead on <strong>specialized, high-value talent<\/strong>. The company reported a <strong>10% drop in net profit<\/strong> (\u20b93,843 crore) for Q1FY26 but saw an <strong>8% increase in revenue<\/strong> (\u20b930,349 crore).
