On July 15, 2025, Infosys Foundation\u2014the CSR arm of Infosys\u2014announced the launch of the Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program<\/em>, a large-scale skilling and job placement initiative aimed at enabling five lakh (500,000) Indians to find employment by 2030<\/strong>. Backed by a commitment of over \u20b9200 crore for its first phase<\/strong>, the initiative reinforces Infosys\u2019s long-standing dedication to social impact and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bridging Skills and Livelihood<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program will offer job-oriented training for both graduate and undergraduate youth<\/a><\/strong>, across STEM and non-STEM sectors<\/strong>. The curriculum includes cutting-edge subjects like AI and machine learning<\/strong>, digital marketing<\/strong>, finance<\/strong>, and KPO, BFSI, e-commerce, logistics<\/strong>, among others. Beyond technical upskilling, participants will receive soft skills training in communication, time management<\/strong>, and interview preparation<\/strong>, ensuring a well-rounded job-readiness profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
