Powering the Nothing Phone is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, while the iPhone 16 uses Apple\u2019s A18 chip and the Galaxy S25 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. RAM goes up to 16GB in the Phone (3), versus 8GB in the iPhone and 12GB in the Galaxy S25, with all three offering storage up to 512GB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nothing Phone (3) boasts a 5,500mAh battery with 65W wired and 15W wireless charging, outperforming the iPhone\u2019s 3,561mAh (30W wired\/25W wireless) and the Galaxy S25\u2019s 4,000mAh (25W wired\/15W wireless). It also features a powerful camera setup: 50MP main, ultrawide, and telephoto on the rear, and 50MP front.
