The development comprises six high-rise towers and includes a mix of <strong>four-bedroom apartments and penthouses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>High Sales Volume Signals Strong Demand<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The rapid sellout of the project reflects sustained demand for luxury housing in the National Capital Region (NCR), even as home loan rates and inflationary pressures remain elevated. The company said it saw interest from both domestic and international buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DLF officials stated that the success of Privana North builds on momentum from previous phases of the township, including Privana South and Privana West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project Location and Connectivity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Privana North is connected via key regional transport corridors, including the <strong>Southern Peripheral Road (SPR)<\/strong>, <strong>NH-48<\/strong>, and the <strong>Dwarka Expressway<\/strong>.
