Previously, only a few selected workers were eligible under state-linked schemes. The revised structure now guarantees all employees VDA increases between \u20b9500 and \u20b9800 per month, translating to annual benefits ranging from \u20b921,000 to \u20b91,16,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees will also see structured hikes based on years of service. For instance, 804 workers with five years of tenure will get \u20b94,000 more annually, while 1,495 staffers with three years\u2019 service will receive \u20b95,300\u2013\u20b95,500 more. Those with 3\u20135 years of experience will get increases between \u20b92,500 and \u20b93,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Official Approval and Industry Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This agreement, officially approved by the Regional Labour Commissioner, is being hailed as the largest of its kind for the AGILE workforce.
