Medium-skilled jobs (RQF Level 3) will no longer be eligible under the Skilled Worker visa unless the sector proves domestic shortages and gets an exemption. This will reduce the number of occupations accessible to overseas professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Ban on Recruiting Foreign Care Workers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

5. Graduate Visa Duration Cut<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Graduate Visa<\/strong>, which currently allows students to stay in the UK for two years post-study, will be reduced to 18 months<\/strong>, offering a shorter window to find employment or switch visas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
