For Indian applicants for green cards, there has been some progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read on to find out all the details!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Untitled-design-31-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Relief For Indian Visa Applicants Under July 2025 Visa Bulletin: Check Full Details\" class=\"wp-image-1296301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Untitled-design-31-1.jpeg 1000w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Untitled-design-31-1-300x140.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Untitled-design-31-1-768x357.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>July 2025 Visa Bulletin Brings Modest Relief for Indian Green Card Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EB-1 and EB-2 categories&#8217; final action dates won&#8217;t change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A week will be added to the EB-3 Final Action Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be significant date changes for a number of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/world-news\/us-news\/july-2025-uscis-visa-bulletin-some-relief-for-indian-green-card-applicants-as-dates-advanced-for-eb-3-f2a-f4-101749552472601.html\">family-sponsored green card categories.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Final Action Date for the F1 category (unmarried sons and daughters of U.S. citizens) is moved from June 8, 2016, to July 15, 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Between January 1, 2022, and September 1, 2022, there is a notable increase in the F2A category, which includes spouses and children of permanent residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The date has been moved from September 22, 2016, to October 15, 2016, for F2B (unmarried sons and daughters of permanent residents who are 21 years of age or older).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From June 22, 2011, to August 1, 2011, the F3 category (married sons and daughters of U.S. citizens) will be in effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Final Action Date for the F4 category (siblings of adult U.S. citizens) was June 15, 2006, but it is now July 8, 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Final Action Date for EB-3 (Skilled Workers) has been moved from April 15, 2013, to April 22, 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the family-sponsored case&#8217;s Dates for Filing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From February 1, 2025, to March 1, 2025, F2A advances by one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The October 1, 2006, F4 filing date has been moved to December 1, 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The filing dates for all employment-based visa categories remain unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trump Brings In New Rule For Lawful Permanent Residents In US<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lawful permanent residents in the US must now take note of an important change introduced by USCIS. Starting May 29, 2025, only the 01\/20\/25 edition of Form I-90 will be accepted for replacing a Green Card. Any other edition, including the 04\/01\/24 version, will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form I-90 is the official application used to replace or renew a Permanent Resident Card, commonly known as the Green Card. This form is mandatory for lawful permanent residents whose cards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have expired<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will expire in the next 6 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have been lost, stolen, or damaged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Having a valid Green Card at all times is a legal requirement\u2014even if applying for US citizenship.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The July 2025 Visa Bulletin has been released by USCIS.
