Canada is inviting foreigners who are seeking to settle in the country, can now apply for Canadian Permanent Resident <\/a>status through the Provincial Nominee Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canada Invites Foreigners For Express Entry Round<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It appears that the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada has recently announced the most Express Entry draw results under the Provincial Nominee Program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this program, the foreigners can apply for Canadian Permanent Resident status, which allows them to live, reside, and work in a specific province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have sent 125 invitations to selected foreign nationals, with the lowest-ranked candidate receiving a CRS score of 784 under the Express Entry system draw number 350 on June 10, at 13:57:34 UTC, IRCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here mentioned, the date and time of the round were June 10, 2025, at 13:57:34 UTC, while the tie-breaking rule date was September 12, 2024, at 18:12:15 UTC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It simply indicates that the rank required to be invited to apply will be 125 or above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case if the lowest score is achieved by more than one candidate then the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before this the previous draw under the Provincial Nominee Program was conducted on June 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following that, they have sent 277 Express Entry invitations to eligible foreign nationals ranked among the first, with the lowest-ranked candidate receiving a CRS score of 726.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Does Removal Of \u2018Job Offer Points\u2019 Affecting Individuals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, IRCC conducted two draws for the Provincial Nominee Program by sending a total of 402 invitations to foreign nationals to apply for permanent residency in June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime, the CRS cut-off score has increased by 58 points, rising from 726 to 784.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the help of the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), Canadian federal administration shortlists the applicants considering different elements such as age, educational background, employment history, and proficiency in languages, adjusting the threshold for each Express Entry draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an earlier development, Canada withdrew \u2018job offer points\u2019 from the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) in the Express Entry pool, on March 25, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So this is now applicable to both current and future candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note here that the removal of \u2018job offer points\u2019 from the Comprehensive Ranking System will not be applicable to all categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will apply only to those that are classified under Major Group 00 of the National Occupation Classification (for example, senior management positions) (200 points) and in any other skilled occupation (50 points).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, the candidates having qualifying job offers in their Express Entry profiles will now lose their previously associated CRS points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
