Infosys BPM Launches AI Agents to Enable Fully Autonomous Invoice Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

End-to-end workflow automation is supported by the autonomous AI-first approach<\/a>, which gives the system the ability to execute complex tasks on its own and adjust to shifting business rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Large language models (LLMs), Azure AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services via Azure’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) infrastructure are all integrated into the solution, which is driven by Infosys Topaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An enterprise-grade, scalable AI environment for intelligent automation is offered by this combined tech stack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system was created in partnership with Americana Restaurants, a significant quick-service and out-of-home dining operator with more than 2,600 locations throughout the Middle East, North Africa, and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infosys BPM is now using Agentic AI to further automate invoice processing in an effort to improve accuracy and speed after implementing the Accounts Payable on Cloud solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Americana Restaurants’ CFO and CGO, Harsh Bansal, the new AI capabilities have enhanced invoice processing by lowering manual labor and improving speed and accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Microsoft’s Stephen Boyle emphasized that this innovation shows how Infosys can use intelligent automation to propel future business transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built with Microsoft’s AI stack and Infosys Topaz, the solution is built for autonomy, adaptability, and long-term evolution, stressed Anantha Radhakrishnan, CEO & MD of Infosys BPM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infosys has announced a significant strategic partnership with E.ON<\/a>, one of Europe\u2019s leading energy providers. The goal is to roll out a powerful AI-powered digital workplace for over 77,000 E.ON employees spread across Europe. The announcement marks another bold step by Infosys in reshaping enterprise operations through artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central to this collaboration is Infosys Topaz, a suite of advanced AI tools developed to drive business innovation.
