Those who cannot attend sessions at their workplace must join <strong>community-level yoga programs<\/strong> in their localities\u2014such as <strong>temples or schools<\/strong>\u2014and provide <strong>photo evidence<\/strong> of their participation to their Heads of Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employees Must Register on iGOT Karmayogi Portal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the Yoga Day directive, the government has also instructed all employees to <strong>register on the iGOT Karmayogi portal<\/strong>, a part of the Centre\u2019s <strong>Mission Karmayogi initiative<\/strong> aimed at improving governance and public service delivery. The portal features learning modules and upskilling courses for government workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yoga at Workplace Certification Encouraged<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Sawant has further <strong>urged employees to complete a &#8216;Yoga at Workplace&#8217; certification course<\/strong>, available on the Karmayogi portal. The goal is to integrate wellness into daily routines, which in turn is expected to <strong>boost job performance and mental clarity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Holistic Governance Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative reflects Goa\u2019s broader push toward <strong>holistic governance<\/strong>, where <strong>physical and mental well-being<\/strong> are seen as essential to public service excellence.
