Ltd., is now under the administration of an Insolvency Resolution Professional. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) initiated the insolvency proceedings after appeals from investors, including Glas Trust, which represents lenders. The professional now oversees financial operations, including pending payments to vendors like AWS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allegations of Fund Diversion<\/strong><br>Adding fuel to the fire, Byju\u2019s is entangled in legal issues involving its U.S. subsidiary, Byju\u2019s Alpha. The subsidiary has accused founder Byju Raveendran, his co-founder spouse Divya Gokulnath, and former executive Anita Kishore of diverting $533 million in borrowed funds.
