Infosys appears to be embedding AI fluency, structured learning, and human-centric leadership into its talent strategy to ensure employees adapt and thrive in an AI-powered workplace considering the AI influencing the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further the Infosys CHRO emphasizes that Infosys\u2019 approach is not just about automation, but about amplifying human potential through AI-driven learning, mentorship, and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has integrated AI-first principles across its workforce through a structured learning path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this program, Infosys had launched the below courses where AI-Aware is foundational training for all employees, ensuring basic AI literacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contrary to this, AI-Builder is an in-depth training for developers and technical roles, focusing on AI application development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their AI-Master is an Advanced training for architects and engineers working on custom AI models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, almost 270,000 employees have completed the AI-Aware certification further showcasing Infosys\u2019 commitment to scaling AI fluency across its global workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infosys Investing In AI-Powered Employee Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of Infosys, the company is leveragint AI-driven tools to enhance employee engagement and productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under this program, Navi is an AI-powered career assistant, guiding employees on growth opportunities and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have Zoe, a personalized learning platform, offering adaptive training and real-world simulations to build soft skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basically, with these platforms the company ensures that employees receive intelligent, empathetic support, governed by the company\u2019s Responsible AI framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IT service provider is working on a Human-Centric Leadership in an AI-First Workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving ahead, Shaji emphasized that AI should augment, not replace human connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
