For instance, the company is fighting in court to keep its biggest cash-cow products, Search and Chrome<\/a>, from falling apart at one side<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, its competition is always keeping it on its toes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But now, the search engine technology company will be looking at the upcoming I\/O developer event to set the record straight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Google’s latest move was to update its \u201cG\u201d logo which the company has updated after ten years, signaling that the company is ready for a reset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although it appears the beginning of the coming changes as there is  enough evidence that Google will take this year\u2019s I\/O event \u2013 which kicks off on May 20 \u2013 to showcase its \u2013 possibly many \u2013 strides in artificial intelligence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far, Google was shying away from revealing its AI advancements, much less releasing them to the public, mostly on ethics and responsibility grounds, but over the last few years, its stance is changing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Code Red For Google<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, ChatGPT-maker OpenAI seems to be a trigger for this company or in simple words, Google was quite literally forced to issue a code red internally and start putting out more of what was once considered top secret. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, all this results in AI will be at the top of the agenda for Google at I\/O 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here the main question is not \u201chow\u201d but \u201chow much\u201d AI news Google can squeeze in during its limited-time keynote, to pacify users and investors \u2013 and perhaps lawmakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basically, they need to showcase how far the company has come and where it plans to go from here in the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime, Google is secretly working on AI that can go beyond \u201cvibe coding\u201d and become \u2013 and worst-case scenario, replace \u2013 software engineers as per the reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will appear as an evolution of current-generation AI agents into something more complex with the ability to complete the full stack of things when designing software \u2013 rather than assisting in a few tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can think of this as vibe coding 2.0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving ahead, this AI agent is designed to help software engineers with almost every stage of the software development process, including responding to tasks and documenting code, as per the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime, Google has been giving employees and developers from outside the company a demonstration of its new AI breakthrough product leading into I\/O 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is again a big indication that we might get to hear more about it during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here mentioned I\/O serves as the primary ground for Google to announce the next major iteration of its most popular and widely used software and services, from Android to Search, Maps, and Chrome. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The timing of this announcement is interesting as it comes at a time when Google is facing intense antitrust scrutiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While that being said, some lawmakers are gunning to break Search and push the company to consider putting its Chrome browser on sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
