The growth was largely attributed to the <strong>tariff hike introduced in July<\/strong>, which boosted the <strong>average revenue per user (ARPU)<\/strong> \u2014 a key industry metric \u2014 by 17% to \u20b9245.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its <strong>India subscriber base reached 42.4 crore<\/strong> as of March 2025, while the <strong>overall subscriber count stood at 590.51 million<\/strong>, registering a 2.3% quarter-on-quarter growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FY25 Annual Results Show Fourfold Profit Rise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the full year ended March 31, 2025, Airtel reported a nearly <strong>fourfold increase in net profit<\/strong> to \u20b933,556 crore from \u20b97,467 crore in FY24.
