Bharatmala Pariyojna.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\nBengaluru and Pune, two important IT hubs, will be directly connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The highway will be an access-controlled, greenfield route that is only intended for fast-moving automobiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There will be 22 interchanges, 55 flyovers, and two emergency airstrips on the expressway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Up to 120 km\/h will be the maximum speed permitted for vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Expressway To Reduce Distance Between Bengaluru and Pune by About 95 Kilometers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe expressway is expected to reduce the distance between Bengaluru and Pune by about 95 kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the moment, it takes roughly 15\u201316 hours to travel from Pune to Bengaluru and 18\u201319 hours to travel from Mumbai to Bengaluru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After it is finished, the new expressway will reduce the travel time from Mumbai to Bengaluru to about six hours and from Pune to Bengaluru to four to five hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Twelve districts in Karnataka and Maharashtra will be traversed by the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It will travel through the districts of Pune, Satara, and Sangli in Maharashtra, beginning at Kanjale on the Pune Ring Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before arriving in Bengaluru city, it will pass through Belagavi, Bagalkot, Gadag, Koppal, Vijayanagar, Davanagere, Chitradurga, Tumakuru, and Bengaluru Rural in Karnataka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) will oversee the construction of the eight-lane motorway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is anticipated that the new expressway will significantly improve travel and trade between Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It will speed up the flow of people and products, promoting regional development and economic expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
