In parallel, the company is <strong>upskilling its workforce at scale<\/strong>, preparing for an AI-first future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs we amplify our talent, we are strengthening our pipeline with the skills needed for the AI era,\u201d said Kumar.
