Employees rated their companies across six key dimensions: overall satisfaction, career growth, work-life balance, compensation and benefits, company culture, and trust in management. Ratings were given on a 5-point scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Culture and Leadership Matter More Than Pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While salary often grabs headlines, Blind&#8217;s analysis found that compensation is a poor predictor of overall satisfaction. Instead, company culture and trust in leadership were the biggest factors behind positive reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex Han, Communications Manager at Blind, noted that non-monetary factors like culture and management trust consistently drive higher satisfaction. He added that this trend remains strong in India, just as it does globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rankings show this contrast clearly. American Express, ranked second overall, has a median salary of $32,250, placing it in the bottom 29% for pay. Meanwhile, Coinbase, offering one of the highest median salaries at $82,000, ranked among the worst, showing that high pay cannot fix cultural issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Top-Rated and Lowest-Rated Companies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The top companies with the best reviews included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Target<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NVIDIA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>American Express<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akamai Technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ServiceNow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Google<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VMware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EPAM Systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargebee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zoho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pure Storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These companies received high marks for company culture and trust in leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other side, the companies with the lowest ratings included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DP World<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MindTickle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paytm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>InMobi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media.net<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tekion Corp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coinbase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ThoughtSpot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atlassian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IBM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Western Digital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinklr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indeed.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amazon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lower scores were particularly evident in trust in management and overall satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zoho&#8217;s Strong Showing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoho&#8217;s inclusion among global tech giants marks a milestone for Indian companies. Founded by Sridhar Vembu, the Chennai-based SaaS company earned high scores for company culture, putting it alongside American peers like Apple and NVIDIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Search Trends and Employee Priorities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Blind&#8217;s data also revealed the top searched companies by Indian users, which included Meta, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple, and NVIDIA. Popular search terms like &#8220;India offer,&#8221; &#8220;layoff,&#8221; &#8220;promotion,&#8221; and &#8220;H-1B&#8221; reflected employees&#8217; growing concerns around job security and career growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain accuracy, Blind only considered companies with at least 10 reviews submitted by verified Indian users. Employment was verified through corporate email authentication and other checks.
