This platform promises to help in making the handling of customer queries more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 “Introducing Nugget<\/a>\u2014an AI-native, no-code customer support platform,” said the Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal while making this announcement in a post on X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further adding that Nugget is designed to make scaling support easy for businesses of all sizes, in his post. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Goyal, “Nugget helps businesses scale support effortlessly – highly customisable, low-cost, no dev team needed. No rigid workflows, just seamless automation.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlights From Nugget<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While talking about this platform, Goyal listed the three key features of Nugget in his post, it is listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Resolves up to 80 per cent of queries autonomously<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Learns and adapts in real-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Requires zero code<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nugget platform has been developed over three years as an internal tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, Goyal said that it empowers over 15 million support interactions per month across Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure presently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Built over 3 years as an internal tool, Nugget now powers 15M+ support interactions\/month for Zomato, Blinkit and Hyperpure. We\u2019re now opening it up to businesses worldwide\u201490% of companies who\u2019ve seen Nugget have signed up,” the Zomato CEO said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to Nugget, it is the first product from Zomato Labs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Exciting Launches In Future<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving ahead, Goyal said, “Our incubator for in-house innovations. More exciting launches are coming soon.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Founders: Stuck in a contract with a legacy provider? We\u2019ll give you Nugget for free for the remainder of your term.\u201dGoyal in his post, said, while making an appealing offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this arrival of Nugget, Zomato seems poised to change the way businesses approach customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the meantime, Zomato shares remained in focus on Tuesday after CEO Deepinder Goyal unveiled Nugget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And why not! as Nugget is an artificial intelligence (AI)-backed customer support platform, which powers its food delivery business, quick commerce vertical Blinkit and Hyperpure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the past three years, the company developed Nugget as an internal tool and now it supports over 15 million interactions per month on its platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
