While Delhi recently recorded 29\u00b0C<\/strong>, Bengaluru has remained warmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite higher daytime temperatures, Bengaluru’s nights will stay cool, with minimum temperatures hovering<\/a> around 17\u00b0C<\/strong>. However, the overall warmth during the day will continue to outpace Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Summer Onset<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Typically, summer in Bengaluru begins in early March, but IMD now predicts an early arrival by mid-February<\/strong>. The absence of northern winds, which usually help regulate Bengaluru\u2019s climate, is one of the key reasons for this shift. Meteorologists also speculate that the ongoing La Ni\u00f1a phenomenon<\/strong> could be influencing the city\u2019s warming trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bengaluru\u2019s Consistent Trend of Surpassing Delhi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Over the past two years, Bengaluru has consistently recorded higher February temperatures than Delhi<\/strong>. While Bengaluru\u2019s historical February temperature range is 15\u00b0C to 30\u00b0C<\/strong>, Delhi\u2019s February averages between 12\u00b0C and 16\u00b0C<\/strong>. This suggests an emerging pattern where Bengaluru is consistently warmer than Delhi in this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climate Shift Becoming the New Normal?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The persistent rise in Bengaluru\u2019s temperature points to a larger climatic shift<\/strong>, making premature summers a recurring trend.
