Additionally, a minimum pension of Rs. 10,000 per month is guaranteed for employees retiring after at least 10 years of service. In case of the employee\u2019s death, the family will receive 60% of the pension amount as a family pension, ensuring financial support for dependents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligibility for the scheme requires employees to be covered under the National Pension System (NPS) and to opt for the UPS.
