It appears that some companies go above and beyond to reward their employees with jaw-dropping bonuses.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Innovative Way To Award Employees<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one such occurrence, a viral video shared on social media shows employees of a Chinese company stacking and counting cash kept on a table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interestingly, one such company from China has organised a party and decided to arrange a competition to determine which employee would get what amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yess, you read right! The management of a crane company laid S$11 million in cash on a table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making it more interesting, the company asked the employees to \u201ctake as much cash as they want\u201d within 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can witness it in a video of the event by Henan Mining Crane Co., Ltd which was shared on Chinese social media sites Douyin and Weibo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
