He then filed a formal complaint with the Delhi District Consumer Commission, citing Uber\u2019s \u201cdeficiency in service.\u201d The district commission ruled in Singh\u2019s favor, holding Uber accountable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uber&#8217;s Appeal Dismissed<\/strong><br>Uber appealed the district commission\u2019s decision to the Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. However, the state commission upheld the ruling, emphasizing Uber\u2019s obligation as a service provider to ensure timely and efficient services.
