The reason behind this belief are GenAI\u2019s constant accessibility and perceived impartiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the study that analysed over 3500 responses of 3,500 Gen Z professionals (individuals born between 1997 and 2012) and 1,000 HR leaders, it is highlighted in the results the keenness that this tech-savvy generation have in integrating GenAI into their daily workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notably, as many as 73 per cent of Gen Z professionals already use GenAI in their tasks, with 72 per cent relying on its outputs with minimal edits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While 77 per cent perceive GenAI as a gateway to new career opportunities, 54 per cent express concerns about inadequate organisational guidelines, reflecting the need for clearer AI policies and better training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The relation is not just one-way but there prevails a mutualism, since Gen Z are 3 times more concerned about the ecological impact of GenAI, as compared to the organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite job security concerns, 65 per cent of respondents feel neutral to optimistic about the technology, indicating their readiness to embrace AI-driven innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gen Z&#8217;s Embrace of AI Highlighted by upGrad CEO, Urging Organizations to Implement Supportive Policies and Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the CEO of upGrad Enterprise, Srikanth Iyengar, \u201cGenZ is embracing AI but there is an urgent need for organisations to establish supportive policies and implement targeted training.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there are still gaps. Only 21 % of HR leaders trust GenAI for regulatory training, and 52 per cent of Gen Z respondents report insufficient workplace training programs.
